Fielding Babb

Fielding Babb was born in 1935 and resides at “Tara”, Montrose, Christ Church. 
This Barbadian artist had dedicated the last 50 years of his life to art in Barbados.  His paintings are exhibited worldwide in leading international art collections, where he is now recognized among renowned art favourites. 
Fielding has the ability to capture the many scenes from various locations, his favourite subjects being “The Bajan Chattel House” and “Buildings”, painted with the pallet knife.  He loves to depict the rustic Barbados scenery, blended with the sunny atmospheric conditions common to the island.
In addition to his many paintings of Barbados, his travels have afforded him the opportunity to also capture the typical scenes of life in other countries.
